MM YouDream Consulting LTD and YouDream Training and Development Platform (hereinafter the ‘’Platform’’) is committed to protecting the personal information of each user, student or anyway client/customer. We will collect, process and use user’s personal data exclusively in compliance with the principles of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of The European Parliament and of The Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “GDPR”), the applicable Cyprus legislation as amended from time to time and any other legal and/or regulatory obligations.
This Privacy Policy includes information regarding the procedures followed by MM YouDream Consulting Ltd for the use of its Platform https://youdream.training (hereinafter, “us”, “we”, or “https://youdream.training”) by any individual (‘’you’’) and apply any time that you use our Platform. We respect your privacy, and we are committed to protecting personally identifiable information you may provide us through the Platform.

YouDream Training may collect also ‘’sensitive’’ personal information. By registering and/or submitting personal information to YouDream Training, you acknowledging that YouDream Training may use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Your personal information is not used for other purposes, unless we obtain your consent, or unless otherwise required or permitted by law or professional standards.
We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy. Our Platform is not designed for, or intentionally targeted at, children. It is not our policy to intentionally collect or store information about children. For the purposes of this privacy statement, “children” are individuals under the age of eighteen.
